Library
CEREP is based at the University of Liège in Belgium. Thanks to the centre's long history, as well as to donations from prominent academics, the university library has rich postcolonial collections (over 6,000 books) that are available for consultation by students, staff, and visiting scholars.
The two most recent donations accessible in the library are the Geoffrey V. Davis Collection, which contains several hundred books in the field of African literatures (with a focus on South Africa), and the Brian Elliott / Robert Sellick / Russell McDougall Australian Literature Collection, which contains just under one thousand books.
The library also has print or electronic subscriptions to major journals in the field of postcolonial studies, including area studies (e.g., Africa, the Caribbean, New Zealand).
To find out what is available in either print or electronic form, you can search the University of Liège's library online catalogue.
