Dr Pavan Malreddy’s Feodor Lynen Senior Fellowship (Humboldt Foundation) at CEREP

EREP is thrilled to welcome Dr Pavan Kumar Malreddy, who has just been awarded a Feodor Lynen Senior Fellowship by the Humboldt Foundation. Pavan will be hosted by Delphine Munos and he will carry out his fellowship in two different phases from 2025 to 2027.

His project is titled : “The Right to Unbelong: The Ethics and Aesthetics of Contemporary Migrant Literary Cultures”.

 

Pavan has published numerous essays and book chapters on postcolonialism, terrorism and Indigenous politics in journals such as Third World Quarterly, Textual Practice, Wasafiri, Third Text, Intertexts, Journal of Postcolonial Writing, The European Legacy, and AlterNative, among others. His recent works include a co-edited volume titled Mapping World Anglophone Studies (Routledge, 2024) and a monograph Insurgent Cultures: World Literatures and Violence from the Global South (Cambridge University Press, 2024).

These two books are Open Access.
